We are a traditional Family Café overlooking St Aubin’s Bay with Specatular views of Elizabeth Castle. Bordering the gardens and fountains of Les Jardins de la Mer and just a short walk from the centre of town. Featuring an award winning design of an upside down boat our iconic building is run as a typical  Sea Side Café/Restaurant during the day and By Night Serving Authentic Thai Food to Dine-In, Take-away or Simply Delivered to your Door by our Friendly  Staff.

Choice of Breakfasts served until 11.30 Every Day. Our food is fresh with seasonal variation and daily specials with Barbadian Influencies from our Chef Sylvan. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly with a local year round trade.  Run by Diana and Marcus for the last 12 years, and supported by our Thai Chef Jiitana Inthisen and her brigade, there simply isn’t another venue with so much choice.

La Fregate is Fully Licenced and has 50+ seats inside, plus 100 outside where there is plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the views during the day or chill underneath the flood lights in the warm evenings. We look forward to you visiting here soon.
